FAQ
How does usage pricing work?
Plans include a baseline number of publish checks per month. If you exceed it,
you add a monthly usage block (Core: +1,000 checks, Protect: +2,000 checks).
No surprise overages.
How does the early access discount work?

Does PillarShield write or rewrite content?
No. PillarShield does not generate, rewrite, or edit content. It governs whether
content is allowed to be published and records the decision.
What happens when AI checks are uncertain?
You control the certainty threshold. Below it, AI checks advise (warn). Above it,
they block. Deterministic rules (PII, credentials, prohibited terms) always block
regardless. If the AI service itself fails, it never blocks. Only deterministic
rules block in a failure scenario.
Is our content used to train AI models?
No. Content evaluated by PillarShield is not used to train any AI models.
PillarShield uses AI strictly for transient evaluation at the publish boundary.
Model providers are accessed via APIs that do not use submitted data for training.
Do you store or expose prompts?
No. Internal prompts, policy logic, and directives are never shown in the
product UI or in any customer-facing materials.
What CMSes are supported?
Drupal (live, module in the Drupal project directory), WordPress (built, in review
for the WordPress plugin directory), and any CMS that can make an HTTP POST via the
enterprise REST API.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move between plans at any time.
